  10.        The ImageVision Utilities software is included in the
  11.        standard operating system software. It is installed by
  12.        default when you install the standard operating system
  13.        software. You must explicitly deselect the imgtools
  14.        subsystem to prevent it from being installed.  Follow the
  15.        instructions in the _I_R_I_S _S_o_f_t_w_a_r_e _I_n_s_t_a_l_l_a_t_i_o_n _G_u_i_d_e.

  35.        2.2  _I_n_s_t_a_l_l_a_t_i_o_n__M_e_t_h_o_d

  37.        All of the subsystems for ImageVision Utilities can be
  38.        installed using IRIX.  You do not need to use the miniroot.
  39.        Refer to the _I_R_I_S _S_o_f_t_w_a_r_e _I_n_s_t_a_l_l_a_t_i_o_n _G_u_i_d_e for complete
  40.        installation instructions.

  43.        2.3  _P_r_e_r_e_q_u_i_s_i_t_e_s

  45.        You must be running version 6.2 of the IRIX operating system
  46.        to use release  of the ImageVision Utilities.  Also, you
  47.        must have the ImageVision Library release  executable
  48.        software installed (il_eoe.sw.c++) as well as patchSG0002483
  49.        to get the correct MIPSPro compiler runtime enviroment.

  51.        All of the tools are now based on the new 32-bit ABI,
  52.        therefore, the following n32 based subsystems must also be
  53.        installed on IRIX 6.2 systems.
